SMTOWN GLOBAL SHOP strives for complete fan satisfaction; if you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or exchange within 14 days of delivery provided items are in their original, unopened condition. Please note that certain limited-edition collectibles and media items may be subject to specific final-sale restrictions.
Submit a Request
Contact our customer support team via the Help Center with your order number, photos of the item, and a detailed reason for the return or exchange.
Receive Authorization
Once your request is reviewed, you will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the specific shipping address for our processing center.
Pack and Ship
Securely pack the items in their original packaging, clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the box, and ship the package using a trackable mailing service.
Inspection and Refund
After our warehouse team inspects the returned goods for quality and completeness, your refund or exchange will be processed within 7-10 business days.
